Hello, I’m Jennifer Yoon!

I’ve been in the UX industry in Silicon Valley for about 20 years, working with companies like Salesforce, Yahoo!, Zenefits, as well as various startups and design agencies.

My journey—from being an international student from South Korea to becoming a design leader in the fast-paced and ever-evolving tech industry, all without a fancy school name—has been filled with challenges, growth, and invaluable lessons.

To keep moving forward, I’ve taken countless training programs, read extensively across multiple subjects, and continuously pushed myself beyond my limits. I’ve made mistakes, overcome obstacles, and exceeded my own expectations.

For the longest time, I couldn’t imagine doing anything other than UX design. However, as I stepped into leadership roles, I discovered a new passion: empowering designers to grow and thrive. That’s when I found my new calling as a UX Design career coach.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of mentoring and coaching so many designers, and it brings me immense joy to know that I’ve helped them—both in big and small ways. I’m incredibly proud of each and every one of them for their hard work and dedication.

For each client, I take the time to meditate and reflect on the best way to guide them, ensuring personalized and holistic support tailored to their unique needs—because I want you to navigate this journey with confidence, free from fear or discouragement.

I understand that reaching out to a career coach is not easy. It takes huge courage. Know that I’m here to help accelerate YOUR career by sharing my insights and leveraging the best resources available.
